Here Comes Your Man (The Last Shadow Puppets)

Neu! (New Photo Stories section added)

As I mentioned in my previous post I’ve been tinkering with this website lately. One of the changes is that I’ve added a Photo Stories section.

A lot of my blog posts contain multiple images so I’ve decided to group posts like these under a ‘photo stories’ section. I toyed around with calling it ‘photo stories’ or ‘photo essays’; I don’t think it really matters to be honest.

Most, but not all photo stories already were posted in the blog section but here they’re all grouped together. If you view my photos through a RSS reader you won’t be aware of the photo stories section or any posts there. So why not have a looko at it and let me know if you think it’s a good idea or not needed?

Post title taken from the great German Krautrock band ‘Neu!’. Without Neu! there would have been no Stereolab. And the world would be a sadder place.

Your valued opinion wanted please!

Hi,

I’ve been tinkering around with my website recently and I’d like your opinion/feedback on this:

This is the landing page that a visitor views when visiting my website (via http://www.photoblog.ie).

On my old blog the landing page used to be my latest blog post (see below) So I’ve been thinking of implementing that on this website. So instead of the ‘overview’ page the blog page would display instead.
If you could take two minutes to provide me with this input/feeback I’d appreciate it. Just wondering which one you think is better and why?
Thanks for providing me with the feedbak!

Blue. Lines. In Galway

blue lines

I was driving in Galway on a clear day, spotted this stunning building with it’ very sharp, clear lines and pulled in to photograph it. I like the simplicity everywhere in the scene; rich blue complete sky and the apartments with concise straight lines. Kevin McCould, the architect from ‘that house building show’ would love it I’m sure.
